nice dining and service
really good food immaculate gardens reassuring care
the food at citronella's beach lounge restaurant was really good i have food allergies and mr satchin made sure i had no issues. he knew i was there and took care of everything, very reassuring. the gardens and communal areas are beautifully maintained too.

the gym is decent and well-kept it features treadmills and stationary bikes. i noticed activities like water sports were readily available, offering various options for recreation. the pools were clean and spacious.

the breakfast buffet had a good variety of food with options for every taste. the resort restaurants provided excellent choices, notably the buddha-bar beach for its fantastic atmosphere.

Uneven stay. Some issues noticed
inconsistent hours high turnover
The citronella bar had inconsistent hours. it was meant to be open from 10am to 11pm but often wasn't. staff turnover seemed high, i heard that many positions were unfilled because of low pay. beach loungers lacked cleaning. Old bottles and cigarette butts remained. the absence of senior management was disappointing. I never saw anyone address guest concerns.

expensive extras dirty beach
The all-inclusive deal was a bit of a joke. It seemed like everything i actually wanted cost extra. they acted like nespresso pods were liquid gold, giving only one a day. also, the beach wasn't exactly pristine. I saw old bottles and overflowing ashtrays. it's a shame i had to tidy up myself.

good hotel near the beach
premium suite modern room ocean view friendly staff
i stayed in a premium suite. the room was modern. daily cleaning service kept it super clean. waking up to the indian ocean view was nice.. the hotel grounds were well maintained. i found the south end ocean view rooms comfortable. activities like the latin dance class were enjoyable. every staff member was friendly. there was good food. ms anuradha servais gave great customer service.
the room layout could be improved. it did not have the best design.
